STANLEY ZAMOR
Stanley Zamor has dedicated himself to being a professional third-party neutral and trainer. Mr. Zamor has spent thousands of hours volunteering time and resources to individuals and organizations needing an alternative to litigation. Stanley Zamor is the immediate Past-President of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators (“FAPM”) 2013-2017, the largest state-wide organization of lawyer and non-lawyer mediators in Florida. Mr. Zamor also held the Diplomate Mediator status, the highest level of recognition and mediator professionalism with FAPM. He has devoted himself as a mediator/arbitrator and trainer. Mr. Zamor is appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to serve on the Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee (MEAC) a committee charged to provide ethics opinion responding to issues and concerns regarding business practices of certified mediators. Mr. Zamor has been integral in building sustainable bridges of peace and communication where one did not seem to exist.

Stanley Zamor has been an adjunct professor, seminar presenter/organizer and facilitated many trainings. Mr. Zamor is sought after by organizations and universities to lecture on the processes of Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”), Ethics, and the legal/practical issues regarding ADR and Conflict Resolution Consulting. Mr. Zamor lectures on topics such as analyzing and resolving interpersonal conflicts, Domestic Violence, ethics, foreclosure and diversity, business relationships & disputes, and conflicts regarding labor unions and business organizations (including conflicts within organizational infrastructure and consumer confidence in business organizations).
For more than fifteen years, Stanley Zamor has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator. He is certified in Circuit Civil/County and Family Court for the State of Florida (and has specialized training in foreclosure), an approved Primary Circuit Civil Trainer, approved Assistant Family Trainer. Mr. Zamor is a private mediator with a multi-disciplinary service and has the distinction of being selected, and appointed to Federal and State governmental agency rosters. Mr. Zamor also has the distinction of serving as an arbitrator for Circuit Court, as well as FINRA (securities/consumer claims). Further Mr. Zamor has the distinction of being invited to the roster of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) a roster of mediators heavily vetted by top trial and litigation firms.
Mr. Zamor implements a unique hybrid of conflict resolution styles which contributes to his high satisfaction/settlement rate. He has a keen ability to manage high-conflict personalities/complex legal issues, while assisting participants in achieving mutually beneficial consensus.
